Hills

Hills by Albasateen in Saudi Arabia is a villa development comprising 22 residences. Each property is presented in a contemporary interpretation of Najdi design and is configured with five master bedrooms. Villas include an entertainment-level basement fitted with a gym, an indoor pool, a sauna and a private cinema, and living spaces are oriented toward landscaped surroundings. The project layout places a garden at the centre of the site and provides individual backyard areas for each villa, combining communal green space with private outdoor living.
