दायरा और पहचान

Market, area and developer scopes use the same parameterized project query as the public project listing. Areas use the canonical location-aware area mapping. Area and developer pages require at least 10 tracked projects.

शुरुआती कीमतें

Price statistics use positive project-level starting prices only. They exclude missing, zero and negative values. They do not represent a transaction index, unit asking-price average or valuation.

परियोजना स्थिति

Confirmed Dubai official matching has priority for ready/off-plan classification. Other records use the stated completion date, matching the public project filters. Unclassifiable confirmed records are excluded from status shares.

ऐतिहासिक स्नैपशॉट

Daily, weekly and monthly period snapshots are insert-only. A saved historical period is never rebuilt from current inventory. Additions and removals compare project identities with an earlier immutable daily snapshot.

प्रकाशन सीमाएँ

Each metric has its own minimum sample. A figure is omitted when its verified sample is below that threshold. Every published statistic carries calculation time, market, sample size, record count, data scope and methodology version project-listing-cache-v1.

Answer Engine

Answer Engine questions are converted into supported project filters and executed against the same market-scoped listing inventory used by the Projects directory. Counts and displayed rows are calculated at request time. Answers require at least five exact matches, expose every applied filter and sample size, and are withheld when the question contains unsupported or ambiguous criteria. Price ordering means recorded project starting price; it is not a valuation or recommendation. Methodology version listing-answer-v1.

Share of classified tracked projects that are not ready.

Calculation: Off-plan projects divided by all projects classified as ready or off-plan, multiplied by 100.

Exclusions: Projects that cannot be classified from confirmed status or completion date.

Share of classified tracked projects that are ready.
