Al Forsan, developed by Alargan, is in the Al Forsan district of Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The masterplan covers about 468,000 square metres and comprises 623 villas presented as both detached and connected (duplex) units with a range of internal and external layouts to suit different family needs.
The community provides on-site infrastructure and services, including mosques, schools, retail and leisure centres, landscaped public green space and a complete utilities and internal road network. The project documentation notes developer-backed warranties, including multiyear coverage for structural elements and for electrical and mechanical works. Al Forsan is positioned on King Fahd Road and is close to King Fahd International Airport.
