Suhool, developed by Alargan, is a residential community in Jubail, Eastern Saudi Arabia. The masterplan covers nearly one million square metres and comprises about 1,250 residential units, with a unit mix that includes villas, duplexes and apartments. Designed as an integrated neighbourhood, Suhool provides on-site facilities such as mosques, schools, retail centres and landscaped green areas, together with street layouts and open spaces intended to support everyday family life. The project was conceived to respond to growing housing demand in the Jubail area and sits close to regional transport links; it is roughly 70 kilometres from Dammam. The scheme combines a range of housing types with neighbourhood services to offer stable residential and investment options in the Eastern Province.
