About Dahiat Sumou Fund
Dahiat Sumou Fund, developed by Sumou Real Estate, is a multi‑purpose project in the Western Region of Makkah City, Saudi Arabia. The scheme occupies more than 1.6 million square metres and is organised as a dedicated real estate fund.
Planned as a mixed‑use urban precinct, the development combines residential, retail and commercial elements and includes planning, design and development management services. Its scope covers feasibility and technical studies, architectural design and management of the development process from early planning through implementation. The fund structure is intended to support coordinated delivery across the large site and to produce an integrated urban destination that responds to the context of the holy city while supporting a community‑focused outcome.
