Abyatona Hills

Abyatona Hills by Abyatona Development and Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia is a residential-led community project in the Al‑Miyar district of south Jeddah. Developed in partnership with the National Housing Company (NHC), the scheme comprises 38 residential buildings with 1,292 apartments distributed across up to eight floors. The masterplan mixes residential and commercial uses, providing dedicated commercial zones alongside mosques, kindergartens, schools, landscaped walkways and parks as part of a full infrastructure package.
