Al Jubail Avenue, developed by Abyatona Development and Contracting Company in Saudi Arabia in partnership with Jabeen (the Royal Commission’s investment arm), is a residential community located in the Al Mutrafiyah district of Jubail Industrial City. The project delivers 1,147 housing units across a site of more than one million square metres.
Set within a planned urban framework, the development combines housing with supporting commercial and community facilities, including education, healthcare and other local services, and is intended to sit within a fully provisioned infrastructure network. Construction and delivery follow elevated building and sustainability criteria aligned with Saudi Vision 2030, aiming to provide a balanced residential environment with integrated amenities and durable infrastructure.
