Wahat Al-Dammam

Wahat Al-Dammam, developed by Abyatona Development and Contracting Company, is located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The project is described in its materials as the largest residential development under construction in the city and comprises 2,341 villas. Homes are planned as two-storey villas and upper-level units with four to five bedrooms and land plots ranging from about 250 to 567.5 square metres. The masterplan combines residential and commercial elements, including an on-site shopping mall with international brands, restaurants and cafés, plus leisure and entertainment centres. Community facilities shown in project materials include schools for all stages, multiple mosques including a large mosque, parks, walking routes, playgrounds, a community meeting centre, healthcare provision and other civic services. Infrastructure works have been delivered under the oversight of the Ministry of Housing to provide water, electricity, sewage, roads and communications, and the site is positioned close to key city services and King Fahd International Airport.
