Saheel by Arabian Dyar in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Saheel is a mixed-use residential community in the Al Fursan area that includes a planned collection of 613 villas, with typical villa footprints around 299–325 m². The master plan integrates residential and commercial components and provides on-site provisions such as health centres, educational facilities, community centres, mosques and retail centres, supported by landscaped green spaces and parks. Designed to combine traditional and contemporary architectural references, the development emphasizes detailed planning, integrated services and a family-oriented urban environment. A number of civic and service facilities are included in the plan to support daily life for residents and to foster a balanced, walkable neighbourhood close to major Riyadh nodes and primary roads.
