Taliah Al-Mashriqya, developed by Asas Makeen, is located in Saudi Arabia within the Al‑Mashriqya area in east Riyadh. The scheme is conceived as an integrated urban community combining contemporary building forms with landscaped green areas, on-site recreational facilities and everyday services. Accommodation is distributed across 27 residential buildings, offering a total of 470 units organized into four distinct layout models, with unit sizes ranging from 75 to 162 sqm.
