Joud Center

Joud Center by Bin Saedan in Saudi Arabia is a commercial development focused on retail and dining. The project occupies a 22,160 m2 site and provides a gross leasable area of about 10,620 m2. The centre includes 38 commercial shop units, two restaurants and an Al Othaim supermarket of roughly 2,640 m2, with on-site parking for 374 vehicles. Individual retail units include several larger spaces around 293–295 m2, numerous medium units near 100–102 m2, and smaller units of roughly 49–51 m2. These elements reflect a multi-tenant retail configuration intended to accommodate a range of shop and foodservice operators.
