Joury

Joury, developed by Cayan Group, is located in the AlJazera neighborhood north of Buraidah in Alqassim, Saudi Arabia. The project is planned as a mixed-use community combining residential and commercial lands with a major mall and a range of communal facilities. The masterplan is divided into four districts — AlArjuwan, Tulip, Orchid and Alnarjis — with AlArjuwan comprising 49 plots (approximately 400–1,129 sqm) and Tulip comprising 134 plots (approximately 500–1,148 sqm). The development includes prepared water and electricity mains ready for immediate use and will provide retail outlets, schools, markets, mosques, parks, a pond, and jogging and cycling lanes. Joury sits along King Abdulaziz Road and is positioned within the planned expansion area of Qassim to offer straightforward road access to the city.
