Al Marina

Al Marina by ERTH Real Estate is an integrated development along the coastal road at Khobar in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The masterplan covers about 1.5 million square metres and is organized into 734 plots arrayed around an approximately 300,000 square metre central lagoon. The scheme is mixed-use, incorporating hotel, shopping, leisure, tourism, education, housing and health components.
