AlMuhra

AlMuhra by Kinan in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, was launched in 2014. The development covers about 370,000 square metres (roughly 37 hectares) and was provided with completed site infrastructure before being subdivided. The layout divided the property into residential and commercial plots, establishing a mixed-use landholding intended for both housing and business uses. Sales of the individual parcels ran over a three-year timeframe and were completed in 2016, at which point the whole site had been transferred. Total investment recorded for the project was approximately 445 million Saudi riyals. The land was entirely sold within a three-year period following its launch. Infrastructure development, subdivision and full disposal of plots were key milestones completed during that interval.
