Green Tower

Green Tower, developed by OSUS Real Estate, is located in Saudi Arabia. The project is an office-led mixed-use commercial tower spanning 19 levels plus a ground floor and accommodating 34 office units, together with retail areas and restaurants to serve occupants and visitors. The building design incorporates a multi-level planted façade and an elevated sky garden to introduce landscaped public space within the tower. Benoy participated in masterplanning and design coordination. The scheme was awarded KBA International Design 2024 Best Design Concept — Middle East. OSUS, active since 2006 and experienced in residential, commercial and mixed-use developments, positions Green Tower as a commercial project that emphasizes sustainable design and integrated urban greenery.
