Pavilions, developed by RAFAL Real Estate Development in Saudi Arabia, is a villa‑office scheme located in the new Addereyah district northwest of Riyadh. The project comprises three villa‑office types arranged around a central landscaped hub and occupies a 16,000 sqm plot.
