Tilal Khuzam

Tilal Khuzam, developed by RAFAL Real Estate Development in Saudi Arabia, is a large-scale residential project delivered in partnership with CITIC Group and the National Housing Company. The scheme is planned as an integrated community combining residential neighbourhoods with retail centres and extensive green space. Spanning roughly 30 million square metres, the development is designed to accommodate about 50,000 housing units and an estimated population near 250,000. A central park of approximately 4.5 million square metres forms a major landscape element, and the masterplan includes 48 varied facilities intended to support daily life and social activity. The project description highlights luxury housing oriented toward the park and a mix of urban-support amenities that aim to create walkable, amenity-rich neighbourhoods within Riyadh.
