Safa Alwareef, developed by Safa Investment in Saudi Arabia, is located in the Al‑Wareef district in the southeast of Jeddah. The project is presented as an integrated community spanning more than 10 million square metres and planned to provide easy access to the city’s main landmarks and essential services.
The destination is planned to include around 12,000 residential units and offers a range of six apartment layouts from about 88 to 133 sqm across multiple blocks. On‑site provisions cited for the development include fitness facilities, a kindergarten and landscaped gardens, alongside wider community and service infrastructure intended to support family and urban living.
