Sekak, developed by Wathbah Investment, is a residential project in Saudi Arabia. Phase 1 comprises two alleys with 13 villas in each, offered in two villa types (A and B), within a gated family community that combines contemporary design with traditional elements and emphasizes privacy. Each villa includes a private basement garage with space for two cars and private courtyards; the development also incorporates security and smart-entry systems, independent water tanks and meters, advanced thermal insulation, and high-quality finishes.
